RETURN POLICY RULES
1) Returns must include original packaging, be resalable and must be received within 10 business days from original product ship date (available on invoice).
2) All returns will be to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges)
3) Defective items returned will be subject to manufacture defect verifications, which can take up to 4-6 weeks.
4) Please allow approximately 30 days to receive any credits from returns.
5) Product shipped free and returned will be charged any shipping cost related to purchase.

Returns maybe subject to a restocking fee of 10%!!!!

CLEARANCE ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDER CURTAINS, MACRAMÉ LACE & ORDERS SHIPPED OVERSEAS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. IF YOU

Unless there is a manufacturing defect, return shipping is to be paid by the customer. (Defects will be determined by manufacture only not by customer)

If you have received free shipping at the time you placed your order, and you return your items, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Non-defective items that are returned to us must be in perfect, resalable condition.
